Do I need copy?
You will need copy for your website, and I can provide a guide to help you write what you need! I’ll also take your copy and optimize it with keywords and proof it for you. There are a lot of benefits to having your website written in your own words and in your voice!
How soon can we start my project?
Really, it depends on the communication style you choose! If you choose flexible communication (videos & comments), we’ll likely be able to start the process much sooner, depending on my availability. I have my monthly availability on my contact page if you’d like to see how many spots I have left in the coming months.

How many revisions are included?
Each phase includes two rounds of revisions. Two rounds is usually enough because of the prep work that goes in to the strategy phase, deep dive form, and competitor research.
What is your flexible communication process?
My flexible communication process doesn’t include any live video or phone calls. Instead, I’ll record videos walking you through the presentations throughout each phase. You can find the videos in the Notion client portal and you’ll have a five day window to give feedback. This way, you’ll be able to watch, re-watch if needed, and provide feedback on your time within that five day window.
Do I need to have my branding designed by Kirstie Kibbe Design to be a website client?
Not at all! But I would like my website clients to have a professionally established brand identity. This will help your website look its best! To make sure your new site performs as well as possible, I will need a full logo suite. That includes primary and secondary logos, a brand pattern, a defined color palette, and brand fonts.
Do you offer payment plans?
I actually have all of my contracts and invoices set up with payment plans, including two payments for my smaller packages and three payments for my three main packages (The Novel, Chapter 1, and Chapter 2).
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the digital and custom nature of the services I provide, I do not offer refunds. Even if you change your mind at a certain point once payment is made, I still did the work and won’t refund for that work completed. Payments are only made once you’ve reviewed my portfolio, completed my inquiry form, and committed to entering into a client/designer partnership with me.
Can I remove services from a package to lower the price?
The short answer is no. My design packages are package-based services because there are so many varied elements in brand design and web design.
